Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

FIT GUARANTEE

If you're not satisfied for any reason with your first purchase from LoveSuze, we'll refund your order, less the cost of return shipping. Only applies to your first worn undergarment, per customer. All requests must be within 20 days of delivery.

STANDARD POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn and unwashed and sealed in original packaging with original tags still attached.  Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

All PANTIES are FINAL SALE, unless it is your first purchase (see Fit Guarantee policy above). 
All SALE items are FINAL SALE.

LoveSuze reserves the right to deny a refund on returned merchandise if said merchandise does not meet the requirements outlined in our Return Policy.
