Returns must be requested within 20 days of delivery.

The 20-day window begins on the delivery date shown in your carrier tracking.

Trying LoveSuze for the first time? If the fit isn’t right, you may return eligible full-price items from your first order for a refund, minus the return shipping cost.

To qualify:

• Items must be unworn and unwashed, with no stretching, marks, odors, or other signs of use
• All original hang tags must remain firmly attached

Final Sale

• All sale items
• Panties, except under the Fit Guarantee for a first purchase and if all conditions are met

We carefully inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny refunds if items do not fully meet these standards. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after approval.
